Technology giant Microsoft’s cloud has been in turmoil for a week. As a result, customers of cloud service Azure and office service ‘Microsoft 365’ have suffered. Outlook, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint customers have also complained about the problem.
Last week, active users of Azure worldwide faced authentication issues. After that, there were problems in Outlook service. European and Indian customers of Microsoft 365 have started receiving complaints over the weekend.
Microsoft’s technical team recently made changes to the network infrastructure. Microsoft has said that these problems have occurred as a result of this internal change.
